Earlier, Carl Cameron joined America Live to talk about the announcement. He reports that Cain’s campaign manager still claims there is no way he’s going to quit because they filed the $10,000 to be on the Nevada caucuses in February and he’s now running an ad in Iowa, which he just started today.

“All of those things suggest that he’s going to stay in the race, however, it is the case that he said he was going to go home and talk to his wife tonight in Atlanta,” Cameron said.

The Cain campaign has launched a new site dedicated to Women who support Herman Cain for the GOP nomination and ultimately for President of the United States.

The site gives supporters the option to share their support or story, in written or video form. As of this writing, the site boasts almost 50 written entries this morning and I expect there to be literately hundreds, if not thousands more over the week or so.
